1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing vvsgrocer.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Website.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 14 and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Products, pricing & VAT
Prices are shown in AED and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices, offers, and product availability at any time. Obvious errors may be corrected even after an order is placed.
4. Orders & contract
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept only when we send a dispatch/fulfilment confirmation. We may cancel (and refund) if products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, suspicious activity is detected, or delivery to your location is not possible.
5. Payment
We accept major cards and select digital wallets. Cash on delivery (COD) may be available in limited areas and for order values. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the method and that the details are accurate.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery; title passes upon full payment. You must report shortages or damage within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Promotions & coupons
Promo codes and offers are subject to specific terms, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time.

You agree to comply with UAE laws when using our Website. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Dubai Courts (or courts at our domicile) shall have non‑exclusive jurisdiction.
