We currently deliver across the UAE. Same‑day or next‑day options may be available in select areas (subject to cut‑off times and rider capacity).
Delivery timeframes (guideline)
- Standard delivery: 1–3 working days (UAE‑wide)
- Express delivery (where available): same day or next day
- Cold/Chilled/Frozen items: delivered in temperature‑controlled packaging within specific windows
Actual delivery times depend on location, order time, stock availability, public holidays, and courier schedules.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees are shown at checkout and may vary by basket value, weight/volume, and delivery speed. We may offer free delivery above a basket threshold.
Delivery attempts
If you are unavailable, our courier will contact you and attempt redelivery. Additional attempts or address changes may incur extra charges.
Order cut‑off & substitutions
Orders placed after the daily cut‑off may be processed the next working day. For out‑of‑stock items, you can choose no substitutions, like‑for‑like, or best value replacements. Any price difference will be reflected in your final invoice.
