Return window

  • Non‑perishable FMCG (sealed, unused, resalable): return within 5 days of delivery with original packaging and receipt.
  • Perishable/temperature‑sensitive items (fresh, chilled, frozen), personal care items once opened, and hygiene‑sensitive goods: not returnable unless delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, notify us within 24 hours with photos and order details. We will arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories and freebies.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
  • For health & safety reasons, opened food items cannot be returned unless a verified quality issue exists.

Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider (typically 5–14 working days after we receive and inspect the return). Delivery fees and cash‑on‑delivery fees are generally non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Where stock permits, you may request an exchange for the same item.
